About Treatment
Healing happens in safe, connected relationships—both with others and within ourselves. My therapeutic approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals and couples heal from trauma, strengthen emotional bonds, and reconnect with their true selves.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR is an evidence-based method for processing traumatic experiences and painful memories. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps your brain reprocess stuck emotional material, reducing distress and building resilience.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a gentle, non-pathologizing approach that views the mind as made up of different parts—each with its own role, emotion, and story. Therapy helps you access your core “Self” to build relationships with these parts, fostering internal balance, healing, and self-leadership.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Rooted in attachment science, EFT helps individuals and couples understand and reshape emotional patterns that block connection. Whether you’re working through relationship issues or seeking deeper emotional security, EFT helps build stronger, more responsive bonds.
A Space for Healing and Connection
Whether you're dealing with past trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm, our work together will focus on creating a safe, compassionate space for healing. I help clients move from reactivity and disconnection toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful connection—with themselves and with others.
